Emergencies Let’s face it. Accidents happen! Unfortunately, they don’t always happen during business hours. If you’re facing a dental emergency, any time of the day or night, don’t worry. Give us a call. During business hours, we promise we’ll get you in right away. After hours, call (419) 885-1115 and you’ll hear a recording that includes the home phone numbers for each of our doctors. Call us. We want to help! Financial We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We file insurance claims for all patients with dental insurance benefits. We accept assignment of insurance benefits, however the balance, co-pays and deductibles (if applicable) are your responsiblity at the time of service whether your insurance pays or not. There will be a 5% courtesy discount given for cash, check or credit card (* when appropriate) on the patient’s financial portion of dental work paid prior to or on the same day of service. (* All cleanings, minor restoration work and bleaching procedures are excluded from this discount.) We offer in-office interest-free monthly payments up to 90 days.
